SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
This is a part-time position for a mobile business in Larchmont, NY
For fall 2025: Tuesdays and Fridays from 3pm-5pm*
*We are just gearing up! Initially, shifts will be weekday afternoons helping in after-school classes with elementary school children on school premises. As we scale up, our programming will include weekend classes, birthday parties, days off from school, week-long school holidays, summer sessions and some evening programming. Assistants will have the ability to take on more hours and create monthly shift schedules that align with their availability.

We are looking for assistant program leaders to join our team and help our robotics and engineering classes run smoothly (don’t worry, we’ll train you).
This is a perfect job for a high school (15 years+) or underclass college student who enjoys working with kids, STEM and building, crafting or tinkering.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting the program leader during robot-building classes
• Helping to set up and break down class materials within the program space
• Work as a “floater” during class session to assist student builders
• Helping to keep tools and supplies organized
• Be an all-around awesome role model who encourages creativity and FUN.
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 15 years old
• Positive energy and must like working with children ages 4-14
• An ability to be flexible, patient and friendly
• Positive and calm under pressure
• Love working with your hands (crafting, baking, tinkering, etc).
• Extremely reliable
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
• This position requires a background check
PLUSES
• Experience as a camp counselor or babysitter
• Experience working with circuits
