Why Robot Builders?:

Our signature Robot Builder classes are the perfect combination of engineering and crafts for children 6-12 years old. Classes feature a short lesson that introduces circuitry, components, and other fundamentals of engineering. Then comes the hands-on fun, as each builder builds that day’s robot project. The final design is always up to each builder, as they customize and decorate their creations. Whether it’s a robot that lights up, dances, drives, shakes, or something else that builders will love, they’ll have a great time making it and will be super proud to take it home afterward!

What to Expect:

Builders will build and take home a new robot project each class. Our robot projects are the perfect combination of didactic, which gives our builders a clear path to success, while being open-ended, allowing for creativity and independent thought. Plus, they light up, spin, drive, or do something else that builders just love!

At the start of each class, the builders will be introduced to components and engineering concepts, and they’ll review all the parts in their individual RoboKits. Our amazing teachers will then guide the builders through building their own super cool robot, step-by-step.

In-Person Classes:

•  The Art Monster Studio at  57 Chestnut St, Norwalk, CT 06854. All materials are supplied.
• Make-up classes can be arranged based on availability in other classes. Missed project may not be the same as the make-up project.
