Parties
On the day of the party, if more than 8 kids attend, the party host will have to pay for the balance.
The lead teacher should preload the below applicable items into the cart on the iPad.
- ONsite Party– $60 plus tax/child over 8.
- OFFsite Party- $50 plus tax/child over 8.
- Birthday Party Tip– $1 (they can increment as desired)
Fieldtrips
If they want to pay with credit card on the day of the event, charge them with these products. If there are more than 18 kids, then they will need to purchase both products below.

You will increment the Addl Kid product to account for the number of kids over 18.
