National Engineering Week 2024
National Engineering Week is February 18-24, 2024, and Brooklyn Robot Foundry Philly is excited to share the joy of STEAM learning in Philadelphia and Bryn Mawr!
On 2/23, we will host a robot building party for a kindergarten class at J. S. Jenks Academy of the Arts and Sciences. This session is for a student who won our robot naming contest from the National STEM Day assembly we held in November 2023. On 2/24, we will bring the “wigglebots” to Ludington Library for a special class for kids ages 6-11.
Brooklyn Robot Foundry is committed to preparing the next generation of innovators, creators, and problem-solvers. Our company delivers high-quality robotics materials and programming, advances equity, diversity and inclusion, and promotes positive learning outcomes for students, families and teachers.
We firmly believe in the transformative power of STEAM education and how developing skills in K-8 will increase the number of students with 21st-century knowledge for jobs of the future. Early career exposure to engineering, design thinking, and robotics will change the compass of our young people’s educational interests and provide economic opportunities for students who pursue these industries.
Join us on our quest to let our children’s imaginations to take flight. Contact us today if you’re interested in hosting robotics classes in your school, library, recreation center, church or local venue!
