We went to the Robot Film Festival workshop on Sunday, and were incredibly inspired by the smart, fun doings. About 20 people broke into five teams and each created a movie from scratch.
The exercise tapped so many different parts of each of us – creativity, stamina, innovation, artistry, communication, negotiation, leadership. What is a word that is the opposite of leadership – when one needs to strategically follow? That too.
It was a tremendous event, and one that we as educators in can learn a great deal from moving forward.
