PARTIES
The most hands-on party in town!
Every guest builds, customizes and takes home their very own working robot. We bring the robots to you, or you can celebrate at our Westport Makerspace!
What’s Included
- A real engineering build for every guest: each builder engineers a working robot with real-world parts like motors, LEDs, gearboxes, switches and electric circuitry, then customizes it and takes it home
- 60–90 minutes of robot building, depending on group size and age
- Friendly, CPR, First Aid and AED-certified teachers, at about 1 teacher for every 8 builders
- Extra goodies for the birthday builder and friends
- Themed robots: have a party theme? With enough notice, we’ll design a robot to match
- All materials and tools, with no setup or cleanup for you

Party FAQs
Where do parties take place?
Anywhere that works for you! Your home, a community room, a park pavilion or another venue, or book a private 2-hour party at our Westport Makerspace.
How long is a party?
The robot-building portion usually runs 60–90 minutes, depending on the size and age of the group. Makerspace parties include a 2-hour private time slot.
What ages are parties for?
We run parties for ages 2–5, 6–8 and 9–12, plus adult and mixed-age family parties. Each build is matched to the age group.
Who leads the party?
Our friendly Brooklyn Robot Foundry teachers are CPR, First Aid and AED certified, and we keep about 1 teacher for every 8 builders so everyone gets plenty of hands-on help.
Can adults build too?
Absolutely! Just include them in your guest count so we bring enough robots.
