- Lead Instructor – $15-20/hour
- Classroom Assistant – $10-15/hour

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver robot-building classes for children ages 2–14 across schools, camps, and community venues
- Travel to program sites and assist/lead the class following our training and standards
- Set up, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and projects
- Troubleshoot builds and guide students through problem-solving
- Create a fun, inclusive, high-energy classroom that builds confidence and creativity
- Adapt in real-time using improvisation to keep students engaged
- Provide feedback and insights to improve programs and operations
What We’re Looking For:
- A maker at heart with passion for working with kids!. You love creating things with your hands, whether that’s building, making art, or DIY projects, and you get excited sharing that process with kids
- Experience caring for, teaching, coaching, or leading groups of children (teacher, camp counselor, etc)
- Creative, positive, and energetic personality to lead a classroom
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work in dynamic environments
- Comfortable traveling locally
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification (Certification will be arranged by our team)
