Organization Information

This should be the address where we will do the robot building.

We have a minimum number of students required to run a class. If you have less kids, we can still run the program, but you would have to pay as if the minimum number of kids were enrolled.

We require a ratio of 8:1 during our classes. We will always provide a lead teacher. We can provide the assistants (for an additional cost) or you can provide them.

We have a rolling cart of parts that will need to stay at your school for the duration of the session. The cart must be kept in a safe location. It is roughly the size of a piece of checked luggage.

A range is fine if final numbers are not yet known.

Please let us know any important information here (ex. do any students require any special accommodations, etc.)

I understand that the amount I am paying is the deposit. And that I will owe additional money for the session.
